Before Your Event

We'll meet to discuss your vision, guest list, timeline, and every important detail.

Custom Event Itinerary (1 Hour)
A personalized timeline is created to ensure your celebration flows effortlessly from beginning to end.

Décor Planning & Sourcing (Approximately 2 Hours)
For this sample event, the theme is Boho Chic.

Nancy thoughtfully selects and sources décor based on your vision. Décor purchases are reimbursed by the client.

You're also welcome to incorporate your own décor. For an added layer of elegance, select vintage pieces from Nancy's private collection may be rented separately.

To ensure a beautifully cohesive design, final décor selections are curated by Nancy.

Signature Tablescape

A warm, neutral palette featuring layered textures and natural elements, including:

Soft green vintage-inspired glass votives
White candleholders with cream LED taper candles
Bamboo dinner plates
Flowing beige gauze table runner
Eucalyptus garland with delicate twinkle lights

The Day Before

Nancy arrives 2–3 hours before the event to style and prepare every detail so everything is beautifully in place before your guests arrive.

You'll also receive a printed event itinerary for effortless hosting.

Once everything is ready, Nancy quietly steps away—unless you've chosen full event coordination for the day.

Sample Celebration Timeline

9:30 AM
Table styling and final décor installation.

11:00 AM – Welcome Reception
Guests arrive and enjoy signature beverages while relaxing to soft background music.

11:30 AM – Photo Time
Guests gather for photographs at a beautifully styled backdrop while the natural light is at its best.

12:00 PM – Brunch
Guests are seated for brunch at a beautifully decorated table.

1:00 PM – Entertainment
Games, conversation, or a planned activity.

1:30 PM – Dessert Celebration
Cupcakes, candles, and Happy Birthday.

2:00 PM – Farewell
