Pre-Event Preparation

  • Client to send invitations and confirm final guest count

  • Planning meeting with client — 2 hours

  • Creation of detailed itinerary and flow — 1 hour

  • Theme: Boho Chic

  • All décor is thoughtfully selected by Nancy and sourced (Amazon & Temu), with reimbursement by the client.

  • Online sourcing and ordering — 2 hours.

    Client-owned décor may certainly be incorporated. Select pieces from Nancy’s private collection are also available to elevate the design; however, use of these items will incur an additional rental fee.

    To ensure a cohesive and beautifully curated aesthetic, final approval of all décor rests with Nancy.‍ ‍

  • Tablescape & Design Details

A soft, neutral palette of layered beige tones creates an effortless, romantic setting, accented with:

  • Soft green, vintage-inspired glass votives

  • White candleholders with cream battery-operated tapers

  • Bamboo plates for an organic touch

  • Flowing beige gauze table runner

  • Eucalyptus leaf runner intertwined with delicate twinkle lights

  • Linen-style napkins with two ring options: eucalyptus or wooden cream beads

  • Floral arrangements in mason jars (varying heights), tied with twine and curated in collaboration with the florist

  • Styled photo backdrop for memorable moments

  • Party favors: petite boho bottles with brown labels and twine ties, filled with pastel candies

Day Before Event
Nancy arrives to decorate and ensure every detail is beautifully in place — 2 to 3 hours

A full printed Itinerary will be given to client so the event will flow gracefully. Nancy will then gracefully step away—unless you prefer her continued presence.

Full event coordination may be arranged for those who wish to be completely at ease.

Sample Itinerary for day of event:

•9:30 AM | Nancy will arrive for set-up of table

•11:00 AM | Arrival & Welcome Sips

  • Guests are greeted with a signature juice bar curated by the client

  • Juices served in vintage glassware (rented from Nancy’s private collection)

  • Soft background music sets a relaxed, welcoming tone

•11:30 AM | Photo Moment

(your own photographer)

  • Guests mingle, settle in, and capture photos at the height of natural light

  • Location: Lower patio

  • Pre-styled backdrop by Nancy

  • Swing adorned with pillows; additional table and greenery for charm

•12:00 PM | Seated Brunch

  • Guests gather at the low dining table on the upstairs deck (table available for rent)

Menu: provided by client

•1:00 PM | Game Time

  • A lighthearted, interactive experience

•1:30 PM | Cake & Candles

  • Cupcakes provided by client

  • Candle lighting and a joyful rendition of Happy Birthday

•2:00 PM | Closing

A beautiful celebration comes to a close—filled with laughter, charm, and moments to remember.

Investment
Thoughtful planning and on-site coordination begin at $395 per event.


This includes approximately 8–9 hours of personalized planning, bespoke itinerary creation, refined event styling concepts, and the graceful orchestration of your gathering from first arrival to final farewell.

Décor, florals, tablescaping elements, rentals, and specialty styling pieces are priced separately and may include:
• Use of my curated collection of dishes and décor
• Newly purchased custom décor elements purchased by client
• Rental items from Nancy O’s private collection
• Or a thoughtful combination of all three

I work closely with each client to create a beautiful experience tailored to your vision and budget.
