Welcome to The Socialites Club LLC (“The Socialites Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.thesocialites.club (the “Site”), including any content, features, membership enrollment, applications, events, community features, and services offered through the Site.
By accessing, browsing, using, or signing up for any services on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or access the Site.
1. Eligibility
1.1 By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
1.2 Membership in The Socialites Club is a private invitation-based social club for women. Membership eligibility, application, and acceptance are governed by The Socialites Club’s Membership Committee and policies.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or the servers and networks connected to the Site.

3. Membership, Events & Fees
3.1 Annual membership dues, event fees, partnership fees, and other charges are posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to prospective or current members.
3.2 All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.3 Membership benefits, event access, and pricing are subject to change at the sole discretion of The Socialites Club.
3.4 By submitting membership dues or event payments, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Members agree to conduct themselves with respect, grace, and integrity at all club functions, both online and in person.
4.2 Disrespectful, discriminatory, abusive, or illegal behavior is prohibited.
4.3 The Socialites Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of the code of conduct or these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content available on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, event materials, and other materials — is the property of The Socialites Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without written permission from The Socialites Club.
